John Wayne / Mike Harris

Fun with PhotoShop I. This is an older one. Somebody at work called former Ontario premier Mike Harris a cowboy. I did this over some studio down time. I wanted to do something that wouldn't have looked out of place on the cover of the old "Frank" magazine. Retouched and partly painted in Photoshop.
